　　As its title suggests THE FABULOUS WORLD OF JULES VERNE is an awe -inspiring, meticulous cinematic rendering of the aesthetic and conceptual inventions of proto-science fiction genius Jules Verne, based on one of the famed author's lesser known short stories. However, the real star of the film is the intricate art direction, successfully rendering the visual style of nineteenth century woodcuts and engravings into motion pictures, creating a stylized and surreal graphic world within which Verne’s fanciful tale unfolds. A brilliant scientist, Dr. Roche, perches high above a stormy sea, inventing a powerful explosive, when he and his assistant are kidnapped by an evil businessman, Artigas. Taken by submarine to Artigas' volcano headquarters, Roche is tricked into developing his experiment for evil intentions. The scientist’s assistant, Simon, struggles all the while to free himself and warn Roche. A magical world of baroque submarines and sailing ships, killer octopus, undersea bicycles dazzles audiences as human actors, puppetry, animation and fanciful scenic design interact to create a cinematic experience that is unique by any standards. Mixing slapstick comedy, action adventure pacing and Mélies style film magic, this little known Czechoslovakian gem transcends the juvenile literature at its source to create cinematic art of the highest order....

　　故事发生在1978年，12岁的男孩大卫（乔伊·克莱默 Joey Cramer 饰）在意外之中坠入山谷，失去了意识。醒来后，大卫回到了家，却发现眼前的一切已经物是人非，原来此时的时间已经来到了1986年，这也就意味着，12岁的大卫需要面对的，是八年后的未来世界，在大卫昏迷期间，究竟发生了什么？
　　大卫好不容易找到了失散的家人，当初比他小四岁的弟弟杰夫（Matt Adler 饰）如今已经长成了大男孩，而大卫却还是12岁的模样。之后，一艘外太空飞行物降落地球，而它的存在和大卫遇到的难解之谜有着千丝万缕的关联。于是，太空总署找到了大卫，希望他能够协助调查此事。

　　Towani一家乘坐的星际巡洋舰在恩多卫星上坠毁了。Towani家的爸爸和妈妈和他们的两个孩子Mace与Cindel失散了。伊渥克族人——恩多卫星上的土著——找到了这两个孩子。尽管孩子们与伊渥克族的交流起初非常困难，Mace和Cindel最终还是说服了伊渥克族人帮助找寻他们的父母。

　　这部影片仅有20分钟，可以说是一部微电影。据称为了这部影片，育碧公司为其投入了1亿美金，用于作为其游戏的前传进行宣传。剧中，4位幽灵小队成员，深入俄罗斯腹地，为了破坏一起武器交易，并同时刺杀其中的恐怖组织核心成员。行动按照原定计划，有条不紊地实施着。不过，当完成刺杀后在进行战场检查时，却发现这次的武器交易的武器是一套拥有极高杀伤能力的核弹头。而且弹头处于保险打开的状态，随时都可能被引爆。为了排除眼前的危机，幽灵小队临时决定在现场手动完成核弹头的拆卸工作。可是，拆卸工作并没有想象中的那么简单，由于需要破解发射程序，所以需要花费不少时间。这时，一对拥有高科技战斗装备的小队出现，一场恶战就此展开。

　　一个宇宙空间站被改造成了监狱。这是一个充满了暴力和黑暗的地方，没有人能逃出来，也没有人知道它在哪。一天被关押在监狱中的囚犯占领了空间站并将其携带的导弹瞄准了莫斯科，而唯一能阻止他们的只有一个航天飞机驾驶员和一个新上任不久的医生，但他们意外获得了一位CIA特工（斯科特阿金斯饰演）的协助。

　　Driving home late at night during a heavy rainstorm, Glen experiences car trouble. Near where his car gets stuck, he spots a house, knocks on the door and is greeted by an oddly friendly middle-aged man, Arthur, and his younger wife, Cyndi. The strange couple pours him a drink, and then more drinks, followed by an unexpected offer that Glen can’t refuse. Elsewhere, a young woman, Katie, is feeling emotionally weighed down by a secret romantic arrangement that feels like a textbook case of gaslighting. And at the same time, in a nondescript research facility, medical professional Julie begins questioning her role in a bizarre experiment, fearing that she’s doing more harm than good.
